You can use them in soups, stuffing's, gratins ...
They perfectly accompany pasta, rice, potatoes, etc ...
How to use: Place the dried mushrooms for at least 30 minutes in a hot liquid (water, broth, ...) and drain.
Keep this liquid to flavor your soups or prepare a sauce.
