Canada
Refrigerated and frozen items are available only for special delivery or pick up in store. We mean “special delivery,” when our transportation service does it, and not using any courier such as Canada Post.
 
Les Filles Soares will offer the following types of deliveries/services:
·         Order online and pick up in store (dry, fridge and frozen items)
·         Order online and receive special delivery (dry, fridge and frozen items)
·         Order online and receive by Canada Post (dry products only)
·         If you live in an area not covered by our special delivery services, you may contact us, and we try to accommodate your order

In this section, note that the terms for specials deliveries are different from deliveries using a courier company

All orders using our special delivery service will benefit from a special rate for the delivery.

A delivery fee may apply to your area, as follow:

Shipping charges for orders shipped in Canada are charged accordingly to weight and location and shipping time is 2 to 5 business days, unless items are temporarily out of stock. 

You will receive a tracking number by email after your order is processed.

Remote regions of Canada

We are happy to extend our services to all Canadians from remote areas to shop on lesfillessoares.com Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and destination. Our shipping fee calculator will determine shipping price upon confirmation of your order. The delivery time depends on your location and can be up to 8 business days unless items are out of stock.

USA

Delivery in the US is 3 to 9 business days unless items are temporarily out of stock. You will receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping

International shipping refers to deliveries outside Canada and the United States. International shipping charges depend on the weight of the parcel and destination. Our shipping fee calculator will determine shipping price upon confirmation of your order. The delivery time depends on the place and varies from 7 to 20 business days unless items are temporarily out of stock. 

Please note we are not responsible for Customs & Aduana fees neither to release the goods. Please be sure if your country allows you to import products.

Important: We do not accept returns from the United States or any other international location.

Lost Packages

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please contact us.

We will then contact Canada Post and sort out the situation with them. Canada Post sets a deadline of 10 business days from the date of inquiry to determine the status of the package. After ten days, if your order has not been delivered yet, we will resend it free of charge, or we refund the full order. We will inform you throughout the process. You can also track your order through our website or by clicking on the attached link with your order confirmation email.

Perishables

Our policy is to send products with an expiration date as far as possible from your order date. Please note, products like dairy, fruits, vegetables, meat or other products may have a shorter expiry date.

Broken or opened items 

We will ship items in their best condition of purchase and packs them properly to avoid breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged or opened item, please email us. In case of a new shipment by us, as soon as we receive the damaged products, another delivery will take 2 to 5 business days.

Maximum weight

We ship packages up to a maximum of 10 kg. For order larger than 10Kg, feel free to order separately.

There is no maximum weight for special deliveries.

Cancelling or returning an order

To cancel an order, please call us at 1 (514) 288-2451. If your order is already on its way, you will have to wait until you receive it, then email or call us and ask for a return authorization.

 

You have 30 days following the reception date to ask for a return and refund. Products must be in perfect condition with their original packaging. Some products like personal care, for example, cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, especially when the product is not sealed.

 

The refund should appear on your credit card within three business days following the reception of your returned products and inspection. Credit is paid value of the products including taxes, minus shipping fees.
